Shipping and Fulfillment

We offer two shipping methods: Standard and Expedited. At this time, we can only ship within the United States.

2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 1 pm et will ship out the same business day they are placed.

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.

Deliveries are pending credit approval, availability of merchandise, and delivery and weather conditions. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Cancellation

We are unable to cancel an order once it is placed. If you need assistance with your order, please reach out to customer care at hereforyou@unsubscribed.com.

 

Pricing and Taxes

Taxes for your online order are determined based on your shipping location. Unsubscribed follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order.

 

Payment Options

We currently support credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Shop Pay and Apple Pay for online orders. Digital gift cards can be purchased online for use in stores or online.

When you place an order, your credit card will be pre-authorized to ensure the funds are available. You will not be charged until your order ships. The pre-authorization may appear on your card as if you have been charged, but the account is only debited upon shipment. If your order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the card issuer.
