Return Policy

all unsubscribed purchases should feel effortless, so if an item you purchased isn’t as you expected, we’d like to make it right. you can return any purchase of non-final sale merchandise for a full refund within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. we are unable to return credit to a gift card. items purchased in store must be returned in store, and items purchased through our online site can be mailed back to our distribution center or returned to a store.

online returns can be initiated here. we are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged returns sent via mail.

in-store purchases can be returned for a full refund with your receipt. if you’ve lost your receipt, we are happy to exchange your item.

we are currently unable to process exchanges for online or phone orders. if there appears to be fraud or abuse, we may refuse or delay your return.

 

here are the details:

  • 30 days for a full refund or exchange; no returns accepted after 30-day period. all exchange and return items must be received by us within 30 days of your order’s delivery date.
  • all swimsuits or bikini bottoms must have the hygienic liner, we will not be able to accept the return if the liner was removed.
  • the following items are final sale – gift cards, beauty, candles, self-care and one of a kind apparel/jewelry pieces, intimate apparel, and items marked final sale.
  • items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. merchandise must be unworn, unaltered & unwashed.
  • footwear must be unworn & returned in its original packaging.
  • we reserve the right to deny a refund, return or exchange or store credit if items are not returned in original condition or do not meet our quality standards.
